Refunds: All cosmetic items that are applied to the eyes, face, and lips, are final sale and cannot be refunded due to sanitary reasons.

Please provide pictures in the email regarding the product(s) you are looking to exchange. We will review each exchange request. If approved, your item(s) will be exchanged/replaced within 1-3 business days. Customers will be responsible for shipping for any exchanged items.
Please email us (the email must include pictures for consideration) if there is anything wrong with your order (damaged items, missing items associated with an order, or if you received the wrong items in the order) within 2 days of the date the item(s) were delivered. Any claims after 2 days of the package delivery date will not be accepted, so we urge you to email within 2 days of delivery.
